The digitalisation strategy is in place, now it's time for implementation! The district of Coesfeld and the associated towns and municipalities are working hand in hand. The first projects are being developed, planned and realised cooperatively. You can get an initial overview of the current projects here:
Coworking in Münsterland
Working from home has been part of everyday working life since the coronavirus pandemic. But not everyone can or wants to concentrate on working from their kitchen table at home. However, travelling to the office every day is no longer an option. Modern coworking spaces offer an alternative.
Digital e-cargo bike sharing
Since 2022, numerous municipalities in the Coesfeld district have been offering keyless e-cargo bikes at various locations, which can be rented via an app. The project promotes shared mobility,
social participation and environmental protection, emphasises the role of digitalisation and relies on innovative bicycle garages with photovoltaic systems and battery storage.

digital.fit

of their processes.
Kommit - Mobility services
New, smart and holistic mobility concepts are necessary, especially in rural regions, to encourage citizens to leave their cars at home.
LoReNa - local, regional, sustainable
LoReNa stands for the local distribution of regionally produced products to sustainably strengthen rural supply structures.
