Do you want a short commute to work, but at the same time are looking for an environment with a productive and motivating atmosphere? Or do you lack the inspiration and exchange of ideas beyond your own professional horizons when working from home? With our "Coworking in Münsterland" project, we want to strengthen regional offers for mobile working and try out and reflect on forms of "New Work".
Would you like to utilise the benefits of mobile working and give your employees the opportunity to try out working in coworking spaces? Great! Become part of the coworking pilot project and work with us to develop suitable offers for you.
Working from home is part of everyday life for many people. However, a fully equipped, undisturbed workplace is not always available. In addition, there may be a lack of informal interaction with colleagues. But travelling to the office five days a week is not a satisfactory solution either? Has the balance between work and private life become too valuable? Then let's develop suitable offers for mobile working together!
Mobile forms of work are attractive when they are easy to use. Together with interested users, we are working on digital solutions for mobile working. We rely on the support of the Fraunhofer Institute for Experimental Software Engineering (IESE) and other competent partners. This is made possible by funding from the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture as part of the Smarte.Land.Regionen.
Coworking was long regarded as an urban phenomenon, but is now increasingly being found in rural areas too. Coworking is much more than simply providing a workplace. The spaces in the region offer a variety of opportunities for exchange, inspiration and networking. It is not uncommon for the foundations for value-adding collaborations to be laid here. It's worth trying it out!
By the way: There are a more than 35 coworking spaces in Münsterland. In the eleven municipalities in the Coesfeld district alone, seven coworking spaces are now on the market. At least three more are at a concrete planning stage and are expected to launch shortly.
Would you like to try out coworking for yourself? Then simply book a space in a coworking space near you! Enter your postcode in the following link and view your nearest coworking spaces.
How often do you work from home? How should an ideal workspace be designed for you? Would you like to work in a coworking space? These and other questions were part of an online survey that we conducted in late summer 2022. Here is an overview of the results of the survey (in German)
The Smarte.Land.Regionen pilot project is a funding measure of the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL) as part of the Federal Rural Development Programme (BULE). The aim of "Smarte.Land.Regionen" is to develop, research and test a public digital infrastructure that will enable rural districts to better fulfil their public service tasks. The video (in German) explains how a digital ecosystem is to be created for the whole of Germany in the future.
